Terms and Conditions

In accordance with current UK legislation on food safety, we inform our customers of the following:

Allergens and Food Safety

DonFa Restaurant prepares food in kitchens where ingredients containing the following 14 allergens recognised by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) may be handled:

  • Gluten

  • Crustaceans

  • Eggs

  • Fish

  • Peanuts

  • Soya

  • Milk

  • Nuts

  • Celery

  • Mustard

  • Sesame seeds

  • Sulphur dioxide (sulphites)

  • Lupin

  • Molluscs

  • ​If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of staff before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergen traces due to shared preparation areas.

Legal Compliance

Liability

DonFa Restaurant cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions caused by our food if the customer has not informed staff of their condition or chooses to consume products against advice provided.

DonFa Restaurant complies with all applicable regulations set by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and relevant UK food hygiene laws, including:

  • Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs

  • The Food Information Regulations 2014 (allergen and labelling compliance)

  • The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (workplace safety)

Our team undergoes regular training, and food safety inspections are carried out to ensure the highest standards.
